Bing VS Google

I have tested Bing. To me it almost looks like Google. The difference is that Bing offers wonderful backgrounds that change daily. Although I like trying new pages and layouts but personally the uncluttered and simple look of Google appeals to me.

This means I have no plans of making Bing my default search engine :)

That’s how the search results look like

  1. Well, they’re advertising it as a decision engine as well as a search engine. Go to http://www.discoverbing.com/tour/ to find out more

    • Decision engine? :|

  2. Bing comes up with some new outlook for search engine, whereas google work for more accuracy in search results. Hence, google is far more better than bing, because we need accurate results not the outlook…

    • I find Google better right now…

  3. Only a novel technique can dump out Google. Google earned its position via knowledge, struggle, technology and efforts; not it just happened.
Bing doesn’t carry a BIG innovation.

    • Yes, it might be good as an alternate search engine but honestly I haven’t found anything different about it.

  4. Google rocks … with the huge Data Base

    • Yes, it does :)

  5. iGOOGLE!

  6. i was all google too, until i actually started using bing. then i started to see how MUCH better it actually is.

For instance, it is hands down best for travel with its forcasts. A travel search on google is useless.

Also bing shopping is brilliant in that it offers you cashback. especially when i have my mind set on a certain store, i just go through bing shopping and usually get 5-10% off. it has saved me so much money. $$$

the way images are shown (no pages), the videos with a preview when you rollover, and even the search is a little better. the way it groups things on the left, its got an “enhanced view” for sites like wikipedia (which is better than using wikipedia itself), layout is cleaner, no ads all over place, etc

don’t just look at it… start using it and u’ll see the difference
